Program Templates and Scoping

BPS Audit™ creates work papers based on content from the RML (Risk Management Library). Tasks, steps and audit programs and their related risk and control sets can be scoped in and out of your audit bringing rich levels of information from previous audits or other risk management assessments.  BPS Audit also allows you to build your audits as you go and save elements of the field work back to the library as templates.

Cross-Referencing

BPS automatically links findings, reviews notes, free text, management responses, risks, controls, assertions,  documents and thier contents  to your work as-you-go.   Cross-referencing also extends to link outisde issues, loss events, policies, key risk indicators and other critical elemtns of your enterprise risk management framwork.

Simplified Input

BPS Audit™ makes audit input simple and quick.  BPS provides a smart portal page that allows auditors to quickly access their workpapers, notifications, approvals, desired reports and most frequently used functions.  Screens can be configured to show only that information that is required.

Full Document Management System and destop integration

BPS Audit™ includes a robust document management system that allows users to securely upload, manage and collaborate on any required documentation.  BPS does not restrict the number of files, their type or size.  BPS also supports the attachment of URLs to allow users to link to internal and external websites. BPS Audit lets you get right inside the content of most document formats (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio etc.) right from your desktop where you can make in-line notations, attach issues to sections, paragraphs, words or even cells and even get others involved and collaborate directly inside the files.

Collaborative Work Paper Management

BPS Audit™ contains a secure, collaborative workpaper management features with work flow and notifications to ensure that auditors and thier managers can collaborate in real-time to develope programs, findings and decsions.  Auditors can also work with auditees and process owners in a secure and controlled way.

Full-Feature Review Note Functionality

BPS Audit™ allows users to attach review notes anywhere in the system for internal and external project discussion.  Review notes have their own workflow that notifies associated users when updates are made or when action needs to be taken.  Once a mission is validated, the associated review notes are automatically removed from the system.

Report creation

BPS Audit offers the reports and views you need when you need them allowing you to view your work in the desired context.  Key control matrix, structured tree view, project view, risk view, issues view and others.  BPS also automatically creates draft and final audit reports directly from the content in your audit providing standard wording and tables of contents from you company templates.
