Mark Opausky is the Founder and CEO of BPS. He is a leading authority on the effective use of technology in governance, risk and compliance (GRC). In 2000, Mark developed the Convergence Process Model, a lean-process approach for managing risk in dynamic environments. Three years later, he was nominated for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. Mark currently writes and speaks about effective process and project execution and the role of technology in governance, risk and compliance.

Gavin Terrill
Chief Technology Officer

Gavin Terrill is the CTO of BPS. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable enterprise software applications. Before joining BPS, he was the founder and CTO of Karora Technologies, a software company that developed J2EE document management and application integration technology. He has helped many companies, including Lava Systems, Lansa USA, Galileo and AT&T’s EasyLink Services, bring award-winning products to market.

Lloyd Hardin
Executive Vice-President, Sales & Marketing

Lloyd Hardin heads Sales and Marketing at BPS. He has 15 years of experience with risk management software and is a recognized expert in the area of operational risk management. Lloyd’s client experience includes dozens of global financial services companies in North America, Europe and Asia. He has also worked closely with US regulatory bodies, including the Federal Reserve.
